2. Collect a urine sample.
3. To mail your samples back, visit UPS.com or call 844-487-7522 to schedule a free pickup.
   1. Provide the following details:
      1. Tracking number (on the return label)
      2. Account number: B8H036
      3. Your name, address, and pickup time
      4. Service: UPS 2nd Day Air
