How do I order my complimentary at-home lab tests?

It’s easy to order your at-home lab tests. Depending on your health plan, you may be able to order your lab tests through an online portal. Or, you can call our Member Support Team at 1-855-923-2678 (TTY: 711). We’re available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays. If you have a pin number from the materials we sent you, please have that ready.
